It's an open ending, they don't get together but grew way closer emotionally after they stopped being friends with benefits, and the last chapter hints that they might get together in the future. It's a bit frustrating bc I'm used to completely happy endings, but I'd say this definitely isn't bad, I really liked it
I'm just going to pretend Pedo Groomer Manager doesn't exist anymore, and everytime he appears I'll substitute him for a random mob character with no name, that's the only way I can continue to enjoy this since they decided to keep him, I'll also probably completely ignore his arc, yep, that was just a bad dream
The concept of this is really good but I think it was poorly executed, I mean seme was already a little too forceful, but by yaoi logic mc fell in love so ig that can be set aside, the r4p3 was horrible but I actually don't think it's that out of place in a yakuza scenario (though it had way too many panels for me to not be suspicious the author might be fetishizing it a bit), we all know yakuza pride themselves in honor but that's mostly in a very shallow sense, they're mafia and kill, torture and r4p3 ppl for work BUT that doesn't mean it wasn't a traumatic experience, it's fucking horrible and I hate when the first thing the victim wants after is to have sex, it makes no sense, also the ending was too rushed they put a whole new plot point in the last 5 pages that should either have been a chapter of it's own or not existed at all. Anyway, this could have been great but it isn't, the silver lining is seme's face though, he's so fucking sexy
The main couple is very cute, this would so much better if the pedo groomer manager wasn't like 50% of the plot
Mc isn't bad, but seme is trashy and they only got together bc uke believes nobody would ever love him like seme does, which is very toxic. I think they're the kind of couple that works bc they're young and horny but will probably break up at some point in college, uke could honestly do so much better
