here is my two cents no one asked. I feel like sooha and taesoo should end up as FRIENDS... ok.. wait, here me out. you see both of them have things they have to work out with. Both of them need to figure out how to fix their relationship like sooha with her family and taesoo and his life (i know the man is picking himself up but still) ok so far from what i've read they keep on licking each others wound and not trying to fix things. Both of them are still pretty broken and i want them to be in happy, healthy and secured relationship even if it means that they don't end up together. Maybe the relationship is still new (?) but i don't really feel the chemistry between them. ok so right i do really like joonhyuk for sooha (don't hit me lol) I want someone warm, understanding, and whole to support sooha... I might have contradicted with my last statement. anyway that felt like a dollar. ciao!
well here is my 1 cent on your comment,
i actually like Taesoo for Soha simply because they communicate their worries and thoughts and have no secret. Even there is a chapter (can't remember which) where Soha realized that she can be herself when she's with Taesoo.
Soha never felt the need to reveal her worries or thoughts to the other guy and there is evidence of that as Joonhyuk even got agitated by it but decided to accept that is how Soha is well at least to him because she's not like that with Taesoo
Personally i'm also wavering on the Taesoo x Sooha relationship. I do love them as a couple but they have a lot of bumps to go over and alot of issues on both sides that they need to work out. But at the same time they are each others support network. Taesoo is introducing Sooha to feelings she didn't feel before and she is practically the only person Taesoo can talk to about his unemployment problem.
But at this time through the pros and cons i don't mind too much whether they stay together or not. That aside I do adore them as a couple.
And with Doh and Joonhyuk....ah, they have a hell of a lotta mountains to climb if they intend to stay together. However i feel like they will get married, Joonhyuk will find out all of the things she's done, he'll get sick from the stress, and she will probably devorce him. At least that's my theory
I respect that you can comment your disagreements/dislikes with this webcomic without being tearing apart the work and it's characters (I'm a lot more harsh with my comments and make no efforts to rephrase them nicely) But I have to disagree with you. I get that you don't want sooah and taesoo to bring their problems into the relationship which /could/ create a toxic co-dependence, but from what I've read so far they have one of the most healthy, respectful, and communicative relationships I have ever seen in fiction (not even exaggerating) Maybe you sense no chemistry between them because they don't have a passionate/dramatic relationship that you see often in manga/webcomics, but a relationship that is more compassionate (a mutual respect/comfortable love--a stage most relationships fall into after end of a "fresh/new" relationship)
And it's because of their stable relationship that I don't think they should deal with their problems by themselves, but together. Dou has manipulated Taesoo in such a way that he can't touch her. He can't see that she's stealing his work--Sooah can b/c she works with her. He can't call her out for her abuse b/c no one would believe him--Sooah does because she trusts him. So with this in mind, can't Sooah help resolve Taesoo's predicament?
And I think with Sooah, the best thing she needs in her life is someone she can trust romantically. She's been traumatized my her mother's unhealthy dependence on men to the point she can't pursue relationships because she tells herself "fine" on her own despite being cold, overly reliant on herself, and ignoring support structures offered to her (like friends/coworkers/ etc) I don't think she can "fix" her family issues. She's been neglected (a form of abuse) so she shouldn't be expected to reconcile with her mom.

I dont think sooha can ever "fix" the relationship she has with her mom. Her mom will not change. Sooha may not hate her mom, but she probably doesn't respect her and man-needing ways. Sooha is already learning that having a man in her life doesn't already make her like her mother.
and Is JH whole? Both he and Taesoo are warm and understanding, JH just happens to have money, but he seems to have other issues like not getting over Sooha while trying to marry a woman he has known for less than a year. He seems prone to rash decisions its just that he hasn't suffered yet for those decisions.
Both men are flawed, but Taesoo's real flaw is his lack of money, while Joonhyuk seems to not know what he wants (for now) but has money to back him up.
i feel like the plot is moving a little too slow for my liking. so much filler episodes. anyway still grateful for the author and translators but ill be putting this on hold until the chapters are further
