I would’ve dropped this if her motivations were shit but I actually like the fact that her story didn’t revolve around her and mag ( mag was literally just a victim… he fainted in the wrong place and In the wrong time… ) but the story revolves around destroying her family. Which, thank the universe because her obsession wasn’t love but wanting to be free of “sin”.
I know that trauma can’t be fixed just because you want it, it takes time and an incredible amount of will power and support. But I just find it selfish that he knows he has trauma and yet drags her in it without trying to communicate with her. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth because not only will she feel incredibly inadequate but also feel abandoned (which will create another cycle of trauma…)Hope the communicate better.
Read the novel and all I’m saying is that the dynamic between the dad and mom (FL) is wayyyy more entertaining than the actual ML….
Ughh I don’t wanna spoil but their banters are so entertaining and he seems decent (funny enough decent shouldn’t be used to describe him but if you can get past that then you’ll see why) compared to his son who’s creepily obsessed with FL… anyway the novel isn’t done so I might change my mind later lolz
This doesn’t really need romance to be interesting because the plot itself is good but let these two be end game pleaseeeeeeeee
Yeah~ this is one of the stories where I'll be perfectly happy with a platonic relationship between two mains, but with no additional parties for either (if that makes sense)
