The translator's notes kept me somewhat sane throughout reading this shit.
Like i was tweaking with the hypocrisy of this dumbass story and then the translator's notes were always there like a warm blanket of "you are right"

Like the translator said, while writing you put the character in awful situations so it can grow and develop as a character. But there is nothing of that here
The dude himself already regrets doing all the shit he did. Like AT LEAST give him a somewhat happy ending?? Make him work a dead end job or something (and omfg is the red head a self insert or something? "Your undeniable talent" bitch what ) not force him into a miserable relationship with a man he'll never love just bcuz he's "lonely"
But wait, did the author just explain staying with an awful person(to the point of suicide btw) just bcuz bro was lonely? He was ready to off himself just to run away from that dude, He felt lonely WHILE being with him. He literally tried to KILL HIMSELF This was so plot hole-y

My hopeful ahh kept praying for ANYTHING to happen, this story was the definition of stillwater, this shit aint going anywhere (it sadly took me a while to get that through my head)
Even at the end i was hopeful he would leave alone and start a new life but noooo lets put him back to square one and make the ending infuriating just bcuz you cant give this poor dude a (somewhat) happy ending.
Speaking of the ending; This story genuinely has none imo. They are just starting at square one again, He'll get back to alcohol to numb the pain bcuz minho genuinely doesn't like wookyunk, like at ALL. He himself said that he has to take alcohol to endure talking to him. He'll definitely get abused again bcuz duh? Bro literally hit him after he got raped, maybe minho will try to kill himself again. This "relationship" can never have a happy ending and we all know it.
