Tired of reading shorter things. Looking for lengthy manga, beautiful professional level artwork, preferably some or all color. Not interested in mecha, DJ, Yuri/Shoujo-ai, lolicon, harem, all ecchi, horror, tragedy, or shotacon. Not interested in One Piece, One Punch Man, Mob 100, etc. I’ve already read several hundred to thousands of manga between this site & MangaRock (esp. yaoi) and seen quite a bit of recent anime. But, give me the lists you think fit.I like decent plot lines. The last long ones I’ve read were Food Wars, Reincarnated as Slime, Hitorijime, Nana, Hunter x Hunter, Black Butler, Assassination Classroom, Lady and Her Butler, all the top 30-50+ Yaoi/BL/& proabably shonen-ai. Help! Need new reading material so trying to expand genres. Thanks!

Wow using the camera mode for google translate app is tiring. I can get the gist of things (tried it out on Korean raws of Hosik’s Story), but was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks. At this point just trying to read & finish manga I like which has either been dropped, super behind/slow, or just isn’t being translated, plus I bought the Chinese novel for 10 Years I Love You The Most & want to try & decipher it when it arrives. Any suggestions welcome!

As someone who frequently uses this app in Spanish class, I can only say that it's not the best thing, but I don't think there's anything less like it.

I'm sure u know this but when translating larger sections of text make sure to take a picture and then highlight the words u want translated afterward not that screen translate thing it can do. Other then that make sure to take pictures of small sections, copy paste the txt on a doc, and then read the whole thing when u have a couple chapters on the doc. Also, I don't think it works with vertical txt, which stinks.

Anyone able to tell me what the news is about it? There’s something about volumes 5&6, and maybe tv. I can’t read the Japanese.

Anyone going to pick this up? Or, does anyone have a link to where I can find the raws after Vol 4, Ch 24 since apparently now Volume 6 is out?! I’d buy it but only volumes 1-3 are on Amazon in Japanese (which I can’t read). I’d be willing to try to Google translate it if anyone can link me to the raws. PLEASE!

One of the first stories I ever read was about two boys who grew up together but waited to become intimate until after they loved together after leaving the house. It was a super long courtship with a happy ending. I can’t remember if they even kissed until University or when they got jobs. They were best friends before lovers. Anyone know of it? It was soooo sweet and romantic that I would love to find it again. Thanks for any help!

I’ve gotten too frustrated with manga that don’t get finished being translated and are available in real form. I’m looking for someone to teach me how to clean, typeset, etc raws/scanlations. I can’t afford to buy raws, but I have enough time to spend at least an hour a day, or a lot more, fixing up any manga I can find that’s already in raw form. I don’t mind trying to use google translate and then fix the English fom there. I saved a nice tutorial that someone posted at the end of a manga on how to do google translate. For me, I could probably get by just fine translating things and not changing it into English in a permanent form, but why not share if I have the ability. I’d rather ask for links for the stories that are out there and do it myself rather than never be able to finish reading the story. Anyone able to help me? Super overtired so not my best explanation. Thanks!

I know how to clean and typeset... I used to be a part of a scanlation and i assure you that it takes a hell lot of time more than you think it does, its literally a labour to sit down and do it..

That’s okay because I don’t work. Basically I have medical appointments, read manga, and take care of my cats. That’s my life until I can get my art studio finished. Otherwise, all I have is free time.
