I personally think Suguru secretly loves Yoichi's attention and being sexual with him, but he's too proud to admit it, even to himself. It's clear that he has a crush on Yoichi, but he also thinks he's annoying because he loses all self-control as soon as Yoichi is involved. I guess it takes time to come to terms with having feelings for someone you first thought of as your enemy. What's more, Yoichi seems aware that Suguru finds him attractive.
