:'D no way y'all think the fl is twisted?? She's not even that bad..she's not manipulating the princess she's nurturing her as a princess in a monarchy that is insane..like even the prince who likes the princess he himself doesn't have a solid position hes clearly also at the mercy of his mother (who if i recall is the empress) like sorry that she can't give the princess flowers and roses cause she will die shes giving her weapons to fight for her survival the same way she had to..the princess is not even at the same level as the MC was!! Like I get it we'd all love It if kids didn't have to see the cruelty and reality of this fight for the throne but neithrr the princess or MC chose to be in the positions they were in better she learns how to deal with things verses living a delusion where things are okay and end up living a short life when shit hits the fan..I honestly can't see it as manipulation because that implies theres malicious intent? And like yeah the best way would be to get her out of this situation but MC obviously can't and this is the next best thing plus she's literally always explaining herself to the princess before she does a specific thing..
