I absolutely love it when male leads fall first! Blushing boys are the best. Not only that, but it’s a childhood friends/second chance semi-roommates romance story with a lovable supporting cast?? And a legitimately strong and realistic main character who doesn’t fall in love at the drop of a hat??? And the art style is gorgeous??? Wow amazing this is a new favorite for sure.
Usually I’d root for the second male lead, but I reaaaaally like Haejun!! He’s really sweet and just like a puppy

I can’t think of any mangas that hit all the same beats, but I have some specific recommendations for each trope!
For stories where the male lead falls first/harder I would go with Furare Girl, Game - Suit no Sukima, and What’s Going On!
If you’re looking for an atypical female lead I suggest Raise wa Tanin again II, Mud, and Cheese in the Trap!
And if you’re looking for blushing cuties I can only talk about Mamura from Daytime Shooting Star. He is the apex of that trope.

ah.... i find it annoying when you can tell that the main lead is just forcing herself to be in this relationship and will eventually go back to the fujiwara. it removes all tension from the story and makes her current relationship seem pointless! if you’re going to make a love triangle, at least keep us guessing.
