I saw this on Insta as a new favorite... I'm sorry, but it's awful. I was drawn in by the setting (finally a female pilot, not a flight attendant) and the synopsis, but she is such a dimwit—a total airhead. And the choices she makes are even worse.
The author didn't do their homework on people with a fear of heights; just standing on a chair can be an ordeal, so becoming a pilot would be completely idiotic.
Don't even get me started on the part about the Muslim woman—it’s sickening.
Then there’s the fact that she clearly realizes she shouldn't lose her wits during the evening, yet she chooses to get wasted.
Man, it’s just terrible!
Chapter 14 will be the last one. I gave it 13 chances.

Between the end of Mori's story and that little boy on Insta riding his bike with his dad and shouting "weeee"—are you trying to kill me? Just say so, instead of trying to break my heart!
