So, Im not entirely sure, but it seems that the mangaka got to reprint the series, and most likely gave it an alternate ending (which is probably the raws MissManga linked). To celebrate the reprint, ando romeda made the mini comic omake with their baby. Thats from what i understood (based on what others were saying).
I mean, i know Ritsu and Takano together is the endgame here. But i really really like Nao. And i want him to at least have some sort of fighting chance. I hope he finds his own love in the end too.

Maybe one day Nao will come after Ritsu to his workplace, and the psycho editor will notice him. You know. It could happen. One more love story so the Takano and Ritsu story gets prolonged a bit more.
