I feel that some readers may not fully appreciate the complexities of Yamada’s character and his relationship with Akane. While Akane is possibly dealing with trauma from her past relationship where her ex-boyfriend left her for someone he met online Yamada has consistently demonstrated his trustworthiness and care for her. Labeling him as nonchalant overlooks the moments where he has shown genuine concern and even jealousy, indicating his deep feelings for Akane.

Their relationship has developed over time, with both characters learning to understand and support each other despite their individual challenges. Dismissing Yamada’s character without considering these nuances does a disservice to the story’s depth. It’s essential to engage with the narrative fully before forming opinions, as this allows for a more comprehensive understanding of the characters and their development.

Furthermore, the pure suggestion of introducing a second male lead based on this seems unnecessary. Yamada has shown his dedication, such as when he was willing to distance himself from other women to ensure Akane’s comfort. Statements like “If she doesn’t smile, there’s no point,” and “Because I’m going to marry your older sister,” highlight his commitment.

I originally came here for the meme but the art,COMEDY and literally everything about this manhwa has made me stay, I STARTED SNORTING cause this was so funny, I also love how their mum is like a smiley woman that’s cute thinking about their scary ahh dad with his foil in the country side(ノ￣▽￣)

This is genuinely my #1 BL manhwa, the art, the plot, Sangwoo’s and Jaeyong’s chemistry, the artsyle and literally everything else are all so interesting and haven’t failed to make me not cry once (would literally sob for like 30 minutes then move chapters help), I’ve read this ever since the first chapter came out on mangago and have always been there for each release of new chapters, although I’m so happy they got their deserved happy ending I was really hoping we’d get a more solid ending like them getting married in the US or like them owning a house together and whatever is close to this type of ending, I would even accept this type of ending all squished into one chapter, however I know that creating a manhwa takes a lot of work so I agree with everyone else when they say that we need a side story because I love this manhwa just that much.
