i am not defending those consuming this media illegally. the authors of webtoons always need to be paid for their hard work! i completely understand this author’s frustration!! but i do NOT appreciate their borderline xenophobia/racism and insensitive comments/responses. i looked on their twitter because surely they were misunderstood, right?? wrong. they tweeted saying they won’t translate for a country of thieves. who says that? how hard is it to not say something like that? even worse i found a thread of tweets with this author and a fan (i assume because the other person deleted their tweets) and the author said something like “why because your country has a lot of illegals?” how should this be taken? how many ways are there to take this when racism is currently more blatant and loud in the world? i recommend that this author be more careful with the fights they pick and choose to have and to select their words more carefully. they do not need to respond to each tweet and comment. and in an industry like this, their personal opinions and biases need not be known.

again— the author is completely within their right to be upset that food is taken out of their mouth by their webtoon being published illegally. that is undeniable. ALWAYS support the author! but there are just some things that should not be said no matter how upset you are!!! i hope this author learns more class with time. some things are better left unsaid and professionalism should always be kept.

also to everyone reading this: support the authors by legally purchasing the webtoon on their platforms.

I've looked all over the internet for a different translator but the Chillock dude is the only one translating to English. He is the one who often includes his edgy and racist jokes in the chapters. Every website only has reposts of HIS translations. Just so you guys know.

i didn’t come to read some edge lord’s failed memes and racial “jokes.” (calling them jokes would be putting it nicely because it was blatant racism.) there were also slurs in here. you can understand basically whats happening and being said, but i could not stand how edgy the initial translator was. in the latest few chapters the translator is a different one though so it got better.

i swear that i had heard of a movie that parents took their kids to see and got upset because it wasn't a true children's movie .. is that the gorey movie they went to see ?.. now i HAVE to find it again ╥﹏╥
