not gonna lie it's a bit of an uncomfortable read and sometimes I have a hard time following what's going on or what they're talking about, but other than that it's really good and different from the usual overused recycled tropes and plots. It's refreshing to see someone who's clearly very mentally ill be aware of their issues and actually seeking help?!! the diagnosis and terms aren't entire correct, but over they've done a pretty good job at displaying his PTSD and illnesses through his behavior and actions. Obviously, he's been through some very horrific things since childhood.. I'm curious to see how it pans out, but I'm really rooting for him to get better!!
also, if someone as fcked up as him can understand no means no, other semes have no excuse for sexually assaulting ppl

I usually dislike the naive helpless pushover types myself, but context makes a difference in each case. In this story, I don't blame mc for anything at all and he doesn't irritate me one bit. if anything I just feel pity and really sad for him.. trauma can be soul crushing, and I'm sure he has reasons for being so scared, insecure, and obviously lacks confidence at work. On top of that, he's essentially being blackmailed by a person of power and authority, someone who's the exact opposite of him so theres a huge intimidation factor as well. To make matters worse, the said man is demanding things of him that he probably has no knowledge of, let alone experience. All that without proper communication or consent. It's also very likely that he's never even made properly made love before or experiencd sexual pleasure. I also have a feeling he's been sexually assaulted in the past, so anyone in his shoe would be fcking scared and traumatized.

Very well said. This is one of the few instances where the “pushover whiny Mc” makes sense and is embedded in a story where his actions so far make sense. While the scenario overall is a bit more on the fictional side, his reactions to it all in (addition to what we have learned about him) are quite realistic and reasonable.

first of all, we love supportive friends! "I don't discriminate! cuz I'm your bestest bestie" also, Aoba's is completely valid and makes sense.. I'd be torn too if I was him, given their relationship even if not blood related. He could have communicated better tho. But I also understand mc is a young airhead so idk how much logic and rational would work with him lol
nonetheless, mark me interested. curious to see what happens next
honestly, Dohyeon's behavior and demeanor makes me uncomfortable.. from my perceptive, he doesn't have any romantic feelings or genuine affection for Eunho as a "lover", I'd say it's more of an obsession and sexual lust. I'm also not convinced Eunho sees him as anything more than his best friend either. He was manipulated into accepting Dohyeon's crazy antics because that was the only way to keep him in his life. so unfortunately I don't see how this could ever become anything wholesome - just Eunho being chained down to stay with him. I'll have to throw away my brain from here on out lol
