After reading the latest chapter i was thinking the same thing. He said he didnt get any urges and he feels good just hanging out with Natalia, and it got me thinking of how he and Tommy meet in the first place, their circumstances.
Tommy was looking for a replacement of her past relationship someone who could help her forget, while Keith was dealing with his Chiqi bullshit. The relationship they had, was build on them using eachother to forget someone else who hurt them, it was bound to fail. You cant heal by distracting yourself through sexual relations whith another, aslo saying you want to take revenge and do the same to them that they did to you will only end up with you hurting yourself.
Right now they're not getting physical, it allows for them to really know eachother deeply before anything else
