It's not fan art. I have read the manga but can't remember the name though. It sure does look like Yoneda Kou. Mangago doesn't have all Mangas from Kou, maybe you can find it somewhere else. (I remember the story to be rather sad.)

I don't think so. They have the same height and the brownhaired guy has a different hairstyle to the ones in the manga. But I am sure this is a legit manga and not fanart. The blackhaired one does sports or something.
