Errm, I'm new in Mangago and only started to read yaoi little while... and even then I have pretty picky taste as I mostly read good, nicely drawn "uke-like seme" yaois and those are rare as hell.
Otherwise I don't read much yaoi, but other mangas such as shoujo, shounen,seinen etc. My favourite theme are fantasy/supernatural shoujo with a strong heroine (such as Yona from Akatsuki no yona) or Iksekai without harem(like Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken)
