Literally he's like 18-20 like really young also he was literally in coma for a while and abused so he's not gonna be right. The fact that it started off with him having problems is there. Also isn't she also the same as him using dream to hurt people she only stopped after she made a meaningful connection to him. I mean she literally meet him by hurting people in dreams how is she to judge him. I mean I get it but sometimes it's understandable especially with those bullies or her dad. the fact we can all she he did about everything she said and did better, but still it wasn't enough. Aka he pinned her dad which to that situation especially seemed reasonable.
i don't understand the statement a lot of people make about how her using dreams to hurt people makes her similar to him. their dreams are so different from each other's. when she injuries people in her dreams, it has no effect on them in real life. when he injures people in his dreams, they wake up with those injuries. he causes real harm while she just used her dreams as a way to vent her feelings towards her bullies.
she did it bc she was going crazy from getting bullied and being able to do nothing about it, so she took revenge at least in her dreams. that can't be compared to siyun stabbing jaehyeok and jeongmin and giving them real life injuries. the magnitude of each person's dreams is different, so the statement that she was the same as him is false.
I mean not necessarily. I mean Yes psychical she didn't hurt anyone, but she could have eventually with her state of mind. I mean she didn't cause she found an escape. Let's say she keep being bullied and he wasn't there she could have gotten way worse I mean she was lucidly hurting people in her dreams which is a power of hers. No they aren't similar in the aspect he did eventually act on it, but she could have at some point to. I'm not saying he isn't bad either. At every point he was getting better did she actually ask him what was really going on in his life no she never did. She didn't ask him or question him to deeply on anything related to his concerns. She accused and got defensive, which is fair to her as well. But can we say the way she interacted with him wasn't aiding him in certain aspects that weren't positive. I would as like to point out she would accuse him, not talk to him and ignore things he'd say about his feelings. I mean clearly a lot of misunderstanding like with his family, his past, his relationship with the CEO, how he got that apartment, that guy approaching him, his fights, the way her dad got hurt. She never questioned him n or really explore any of this with him she just accused him or brushed it off. He's deranged and unhinged and she's evaded the issues and only wanted him to be good
"she's evaded the issues and only wanted him to be good." that's a fair judgment. but i feel like this flaw of hers is realistic because he put up a facade of pretending to be okay around her because he didn't want her to worry and she didn't dig into it bc she wanted to believe his words and she didn't think it could escalate to him killing her father (which didn't happen but back then they both believed it to be true). i can understand why she believed he killed her father because he asked her if he could kill him several times and he's shown before that he has low impulse control with those who anger him and has tried to kill people behind her back before.
I have seen this since the last update like six or seven years ago
