For those who wishes to see Fon and Jacques have a kind of happy ending (personally i ship them) then think of this as the ending, an open ending that let you have all the imagination.
I'm confused if you are saying to read it or not. I know they end up separated in the novel. But does it happen here? And are these girls going to get in the way of JacquesxFon?
