As far as the translated novel has shown, it hasn't been clearly stated what happened. But there are hints that in their future they did get together but something happened and she refuses to see him after that. Not only his people are begging for her to reconcile with him, he seeks her out almost daily but she refuses to see him.
I think someone in the novel's comments mentioned that he had cheated on her or went back to a former lover of his or something... But it seems quite out of character for him, so I'm not sure how accurate it is. But he must've done something REALLY bad for her to react that way and be that stubborn about it.
No the one that cheated is the joseph or w/e guy that her mother brought.
What I think she ignores Khuun in the dreams is maybe she feels guilty cause she didn't know what her mother was doing to the Iron King. Since she believes Khuun is friends with the Iron King and is "loyal" to him, maybe she feels like she doesn't deserves to be with the friend or something along the lines.
She stills lets Khunn's guys in and out even after knowing who they are so I don't think she hates him.
