I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks lezhin is crazy expensive. I wanted to buy BJ Alex, Jazz for Two, and like 3 other Yaoi works from them but in order to do so id literally be spending upwards to $200-$400that’s ri-damn-diculous! Since they are so long and 3 coins a peice you’re literally having to spend $60 just to read one work. Thats why people come to sites like these. It’s literally to expensive to support the artist even though you really want too.
And the surveys... It's been 6months and I finally got my 1st coin. xD I started to lose hope. Actually 3coins would have been nothing, but 4€99 for 10 coins... The first time I saw that, I imagined my banker commit suicide suicide. In France, it would be approximately 99€ for 60 chapters. No thanks. If they published a hard copy it might be affordable.

I tried the app Webcomics and they tag mature content for even a little bit of skin exposed. Some stories were good but if you're looking for BL, don't go there, you'll find nothing, not even a kiss or confession on there. I was so disappointed after reading 5comics. Every time I saw the M I didn't understand and thought I didn't see well but nope, all their comics are like that. There's one in which a man just took his shirt of and the other guy blushed

As much as you want to support the artists, read and buy their works legally, it's too expensive. I hope they lower the prices so that a lot could afford it. I only managed to buy in Lezhin because of their free coins.

Funny that the shounen-ai stories in Lezhin are wilder than the mature content in Webcomics. I still read some stories there. They have good stories though. I just got used to their "mature content" there. Lol.
Yeah, there's really good writers there but I, personally, felt like I was cheated. So I stopped. But I like how to get coins on there depending on the time you stay on the site. Maybe Tapas and Lezhin could change their surveys by that. Like every 5minutes you get 5coins if I remember well. They'd just need to put like 100 coin per chapter while not changing the prince since it would still worth the same.

I don't mind shounen ai but there's it can't even be called shounen ai. I read some under BL genre and there was never a confession so let alone the kiss !

Right. I support on renta only when there's a manga that I find really interesting that has been licensed here. And the fact they didn't create an app shows how much they might not care.
The only sad thing for me is that where I live, they barely sell BL manga... I don't know why but they just sell shounen and shoujo. I'd at least buy some sometimes if they were sold where I live...

I discovered BL online a year ago and been hooked since. I’ve checked a few book stores for some but I’m scared my 5 year old and neices and nephews will find them. Thats why I prefer to buy online. These sites have to do better with the prices no wonder we’re always getting messages about supporting the authors.
publishing the whole book for a set price will be cheaper and people can support the author. Maybe they should do the shonen jump method. Be a member for $1.99 per month and you can read legally and read a lot of free chapters of any series. It also support the author and the manga industry so Why can't other sites do that? I looked into shonen jump. Do they have English? Yeah it sucks its not open to other genres. There is literally no reason for them to price gouge like they do. So true some other sites don't care about the customers nor have good customer support and just ripping off money from them by charging ridiculous amount. They don't even care about their artists or working them to death too. From what I know, lezhin was a greedy terrible company. They have that lawsuit. Their artists filed against them for unfair working conditions and payments. I am not sure if the artists won or not. I am not sure if its settle yet. I just hope justice is done. If nothing happened and lezhin continues to abused their artists and don't pay them, people should stop supporting them, that shady ass greedy company.
Yes they have official English site. Not alot of manga or genres on there which sucks. That's true, not all the money goes to the mangaka nor all the benefits. From what I heard even profit from their anime, promotional events doesn't even go to the mangaka. The only money they will get is from their manga sales. A lot of Mangakas have part time jobs on the side. Being an mangaka alone doesn't support them at all.

To those calling him a jerk i have to disagree. I read the raws to chapter 3 (Had my husband read it for in in Spanish) I don’t think he is a jerk. His father promised him our pretty Maya as a wedding gift. His dad was going to sacrifice him so he went along with the marriage and his fathers wishes for Maya. The seme has to complete his marital duties sadly there a unborn in the mix and his dad wants to celebrate it by sacrificing our precious maya. The seme is shaking with anger and tells his dad you promised him to me for the wedding. And his dad says i told you not to be touched by them. Hope this clears a few things up. Though our precious cupcake does suffer seeing Bard with his wife and going into heat and almost gets raped. Bard saves him and yells at him about being out during his heat. You can clearly see Bard loves him and feels bad about yelling at him. Rest of the chapter out little cinnabon is sad missing Bara who has obligations to spend time with his new wife...... btw no Bard has no feelings for his wife its all out of duty. Though i do know some still considers this being a jerk i do not. Sorty all over the place hubby skipped a bunch because of the content lol . Hopefully Bard steps up and do the right thing by Our precious maya..... I didn’t see the other chapters only chapter 3.

It’s currently out of print. She had to switch publishing companies and she is slowly but surely rereleasing her books. You can find pdf versions of her book online but if you wanna buy the book you gotta wait.

Some cheaper ones but the shipping might be a lot depending where you live. Just seen that the top one was a realistic price.
Personally I just added my name to the waitlist on book depository. Since the publisher looks to be changing that listing will most likely always be out of print. It will notify you every so many months to update the notification though so its a good reminder system.

I believe The “student” and the “mistress” know everything. I believe they are both angel and demon as well either sent by a higher power to either 1) keep them apart Because their love is forbidden or 2) they are angel and demon in love with eli and sam from the beginning when the curse started. Either way I think they are responsible for the deaths as we still have no clue what happens to sam once eli dies. Its odd that neither can recall cheating on the other as well. I believe that subconsciously they are blocking out their betrayals to each other because they only care about each other. That are somehow the “mistress” and the “student” are blocking those memories. Idk I have so many theories on this running through my head.
Very interesting plot either way and the art is beautiful. Though the translation is off sometimes. I still 100% love it.
