They’re not. The problem is that 1) even though she’s over 20, she’s still younger than him and so he probably has is own confidence issues and 2) she’s his boss’s daughter, not someone who he should be having relations with. So in all honesty, she’s actually being less considerate of him, because he’s actually putting his life on the line to be with her.
