How do you know if you have adhd? Like signs that aren’t usually talked about
As much as I appreciate the people spreading awareness but please do not self diagnose yourself js bc your relate to some symptoms. Rather than going "oh I have adhd" go "oh I MIGHT have adhd" and book yourself an appointment, get an complete confirmation that you do have adhd or any other disorder Have a great day ahead :D
