Rant:
So this pissed me off WAY more than it should’ve http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/remnant_kemonohito_omegaverse/uu/remnant_kemonohito_omegaverse-chapter-9
This is a HUGE problem and one of the main reasons websites like these get closed down and why websites, translators, and scanlators get slapped with lawsuits. No one gets caught until someone tells the author or publishing company where they’re reading the illegal distributions of their work ╮(╯▽╰)╭
I myself have uploaded the official English translations of Jazz for Two, Tied up in Twins, and A Guy Like You to MangaGo and have unofficially translated A Guy Like You, Jazz for Two, BJ Alex, Love is an Illusion, and Royal Servant and currently translate Tied Up In Twins, and Voice of Love. Yes when I think of what I’m doing I feel like shit. Which is why I always leave links for anyone who absolutely loved the chapters to go to if they want to support the author.
MangaGo has its blurb; “Read hottest manga online for free”
Lies.
It’s not free, most things here were bought by someone(s) and they put their own neck out there to take full responsibility of breaking international laws to share webtoons so other people who don’t have the money/access/knowledge (webtoons in other languages) to enjoy the webtoon.
All readers, uploaders, translators/scanlators are breaking at least one law and if it’s not licensed by a company in your own country then international law. Readers knowingly read illegal copies and most (not all, I’ve met a fair amount of people who purchase the legal copies but go to other sites for discussion) don’t purchase the legal copies so they’re not only willingly reading illegal content, they’re disrespecting the author by reading illegal distributions without supporting the author.
Uploaders upload the official chapters by the liscensed seller and are therefore illegally distributing content. Translators and scanlators generally purchase their own copies and most times in the native language the author releases it in to translate/scan. But then they share it to others so everyone can enjoy the webtoon. Whether it’s an uploader, solo translator or a scanlation team anything you read by them should never be discussed anywhere else except the platform you read it on. If you want to say something elsewhere (like to the author themselves) then buy the legal copies and only reference content from the legal copies, whether they’re in English or another language doesn’t matter as long as it’s the LEGALLY released webtoon from the licensed seller that the author is with.
I’ve seen so many people on authors blogs, twitter, and Instagram tell them that they’ve read it on Manga(Go) or some other platform and that they’re extremely grateful for their work.
The author translates that to: you read illegally.
That makes anything else you might have said completely irrelevant.
The author doesn’t care if we like their work. They don’t care about our compliments. They don’t want our support. They don’t want to know their livelihood is being distributed illegally.
You might think the authors don’t come into sites like these.
Absolute BS.
They know people are reading/uploading/translating their work illegally, and they are well aware of the vast numbers who do it. Clarju (author of Jazz for Two) personally called out a Spanish scanlation team from tumangaonline and has called out people from MangaGo in twitter; he took a screenshot of what they said, blurred out the name and told people to stop reading on illegal sites. In the replies he called those who’ve purchased the legal copies “I know you are a really good reader. 고마워요.” And when someone said who would dare turn to piracy, Clarju responded with “You're right. The fact that the reality is a little different sometimes makes me tired, but it's okay. Cuz I have readers like you.”. Clarju is just one author but any idea just how many are out there? Doing and saying the exact same things, whether it’s in your language or not?
Now you may also think the companies aren’t the FBI, they won’t come for us readers. True. They go for the people who stuck their necks out for your entertainment. The uploaders, the translators, the scanlators, the website.
It’s why Bakomi shut down, and the people who ran the website are in jail. It’s why Sennscans is facing a lawsuit threat unless they stop translating, then it’s no longer a threat, it’s real. And the same thing happens to a number of websites, translators, and scanlators.
I see people on the authors twitter, Instagram, and blogs all the time talking about MangaGo, other “free” websites, talking in languages that the licensed webtoon isn’t it, saying it’s a shame they can’t buy from lezhin and that they need to wait for blah blah to post it, some tag the authors on such comments, some use the authors hashtags, etc.
My question is; why?
You’re discrediting and disrespecting the author. You’re bringing awareness to a piracy website, uploaders, translators, and scanlators. You’re running the risk of bringing a lawsuit to them. You could be ruining the webtoon for god knows how many people who rely on them. So why?
There was this (I think it was manga) story where the uke wore gloves and never touched anything without the gloves on. Everything had to be cleaned and his hands were covered in scars/burns/cuts from him scrubbing so hard. The seme had dark hair and helped him get over his need to clean and be clean. I think (my brains fuzzy) the uke made a list of the things he hated most and both of them went down the list trying to fix those things. The last one being getting pet on the head.
If anyone can help me out that would be great!

I think this is the one you're looking for
have a good day/ night!
There was something I read before I really don’t remember much of it but one of the big scenes was when the couple had sex outside behind a tree or something and there was another guy watching in the bushes...? I know it’s vague but if it rings a bell with anyone and you could help me out that be awesome!
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/juuyoku_porno/ i think this one.. At chapter 1 or 2
I have a vague feeling that I've read this one - the guy who "does it out in the open" somehow gets involved with the guy who was watching them, right? And they quickly get into a weird sex friend-esque, what-the-f-are-we-kind of relationship? I think I read a manga like that a couple of months ago...
Hello I’m asking for some help again as I’m working on another translation >.< What do you think a “sweet illusion” is?
The context being used is that the guy says someone doesn’t like him because he has a “sweet illusion”.
I’m not super poetic or good with abstract thinking so I’m just trying to figure out another way to describe the “sweet illusion”. I searched it but didn’t find anything helpful so if anyone has some ideas I’d be grateful for the help ^^
Maybe the he is an sweet illusion because his exterior seems kind but he is twisted inside. Idk though ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I think it is "fakeness of sweetness "
Not sure tho ...
Like he is sweet but it seemed fake ??
Maybe it's something like a "lovely illusion"?
Like something they know is fake but stay because it provides comfort of sorts?
Someone please help me out here (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
Does the word “beat” have a past tense or is it still spelt the same but pronounced sounds like ‘bet’? Is it like the word “read” when pronounced in past tense sounds like ‘red’?
I’m working on a manhwa translation and the sentence is “His breath, his touch, his kiss... My heart beat (past tense) for him, but...”
I think beat doesn't have a past tense. Maybe my heart beats faster for him..,.
i doesn't have past tense hmmn you can just say it like "my heart used to beat for him" or something like that
So I’ve recently taken up unofficially translating three manhwas that I’ve been uploading here on MangaGo (A Guy Like You, Tied Up In Twins, and Jazz for Two *im also broke at the moment so that’s why I haven’t been uploading this past week but I’ll be getting money next week) and I just an hour ago discovered that MangaGo has an “album” option that lets me upload pictures and you can click or tap to flip through the ‘album’ like you would when reading any manhwa/manga/manhua so I’ll be uploading my unofficial translations there now ^^ MangaGo just made my life a whole lot easier ^^

How do people stay hidden from Lezhin and other sites when sharing them?
I’ve been uploading Jazz For Two, A Guy Like You, and Tied Up In Twins for some time now and just recently started translating the raws because I can’t wait anymore between chapters but some idiot has been reporting my instagram and Google account non stop to Lezhin and today Google deleted almost everything from my drive and instagram went on a removal binge ╮(╯▽╰)╭
I feel uneasy uploading now that I know that Lezhin has all my main accounts I upload stuff to and though I’ve already made a whole new unassociated email linked to new accounts I’m finding it hard to trust people and start sharing again >.<
Tied Up In Twins seems relatively untouched since I purchased from TappyToon not Lezhin but I’m still unsure...
And it all stinks because I had just wrapped up my notes for Jazz for Two Chapter 28 and released A Guy Like You Chapter 64 when I started getting the emails...
I don’t know...
Anyone know ways to be more private?
be anon, there are assholes everywhere .
That’s what I did, the only way people have been getting the chapters is from links on MangaGo but some idiot contacted one of the actual authors saying that they couldn’t read in Lezhin so they’re waiting for it to be uploaded by Seren but that they loved the story blah blah blah. From there the author I guess probably contacted Lezhin and they’ve found me and are getting my stuff deleted.
Well, they're probably watching you now so maybe try setting up a new account to post the stuff, once again only share on Mangago and only share the links on the account your using right now. Then put a warning page at the start of your stuff basically saying not to share the links outside of Mangago and not to tell Lezhin or there won't be anymore chapters. Even if that doesn't work at least your main account won't be to badly affected, sorry if this isn't helpful, I don't really have any experience or knowledge about this stuff.
There was this webtoon I read (I forget if it was manga/manhua/manhwa) where the seme (I think, it might have been the uke) got shot or stabbed or some injury and they went to the hospital and whoever was injured told the other one that they weren’t in pain anymore and they had sex on the hospital bed~ I don’t remember much but I remember them doing it at the hospital so if anyone has an idea of what the title is that would be great!
Sounds like Totally Captivated http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/totally_captivated/ but could also be gokoudo darling http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/gokudou_darling/ or tight rope http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/tight_rope/
