used to hate it when my mom makes lettuce stir fry with meat or lettuce soup with meat. used to complain and only eat the meat. now I eat the lettuce too and enjoy the flavor.
I don't like cooked vegetables at all , but I eat it raw (of course cleaned )

Try them roasted in the oven, with a generous dose of olive oil, some rosemary and oregano. It's something else entirely.
Hack it to itty bits and put them on my food (like burger) voila, a good meal without making it a chore to each veggies hahaha
