My heart is so broken for the fl. Theo is so mean to her for no reason. It's not even "cold duke of the north" who does small kind things or has an internal monologue or smth. he can't even have the stereotypical "who made you cry " moment? He just tells her to stay in her room bc she'll look bad & then tells her not to wear her parents heirloom at the event bc it'll cause gossip. Fucking bitch. She's already crying anyway. & you're srsly telling me you couldn't have ANYONE write her a letter back when she was sending you them for MONTHS ☹
Ofc he was abused & manipulated by the grandfather but so was she (and arguably much worse). He can't even show her kindness out of a sense of comradery? Jfc
Why must she endure abuse from EVERYONE in her life like this is just not fair at all if I were her I would srsly cut my losses and run away TONIGHT!!! while all the knights r recovering and he has a head injury
