The earlier chapters are a masterpiece and every time I read it I cry for the characters that live and die, but I can’t be the only one who thinks this modern era is extremely boring and confusing? Characters I spent so many tears on are just reincarnated which kinda defeats the purpose of Fushi learning life and death and to treasure both even while he is immortal.
Ok so, obviously what Cirrus is doing is the only form of “love” he’s seen and received from others. Which is the constant cycle of abuse, which caused him become the abuser. What I like about this story is in no way does the author romanticize it, all the characters know their in the wrong (and I BEG it stays this way in the future) I reallyyy want our main boys to find healthy ways to cope, work through their problems, and then maybe end in a relationship (very rare for a bl istg) this is a great story and it’ll stay that way as long as Cirrus doesn’t go too far and then it becomes some weird love story built on rape T^T (I see this way too much).
Also ik we’re all expecting something happening to Candy soon and I don’t think my heart is prepared for that
Ok but why is a snake dad better than most real dads- the way I’m so conflicted to love this story but it’s honestly wholesome wtf
