I just figured that I would let you all know that we're all friends now. I've come to this comments section a couple of times asking for help finding suggestions or trying to find a manga that I only half-read when I was younger and you guys never fail to help me. Thank you so much angel-sans. I enjoy our fun conversations in the comments sections! I hope that the manga that you love the most updates today and that anyone who is mean to you stubs their toe and lands on a lego. Have a blessed day angel san! (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

okay so I don't know if I'm the only one but I feel like I have a bias against Chinese mangas(manhwas?). I feel like the protagonist female is always weak or the men are complete and utter trash. Idk if that's just the algorithm flooding me with misogynistic manhwas but can anyone recommend me any Chinese manhwas with a badass female lead and not horrible love interests? I don't want to be biased against Chinese manhwas any more. Also, thank you!~ (●'◡'●)ノ

lol fr the characters are always so one-dimensional like some authors just never leave any room for their growth. their character developments are basically nonexistent so there’s no depth to them. lots of wasted potential especially since their art is pretty good. also idk if it’s just me but they’re also kinda..hard to read??? because the dialogues are chunky ASF, seriously one text bubble will be a fucking paragraph. so that’s something they can improve on as well

Well I'm glad that I'm not the only one that is normally turned away from Chinese manhwa. Its gotten to the point where I'll be on here looking to see if the art style is Chinese (Yall totally know what I mean subconsciously) or if I notice that the author or the alternative titles are in writing that doesn't look like Japanese or korean. But yeah I think that it has to do with the government over there. Its unfortunate but the culture also heavily surpresses women so it shows in the manhwas and being a westerner I ain't about to read that without getting frustrated.

Okay so i think that it was a shounen ai but I'm not sure. It was a story about a guy(with black hair) getting kidnapped by a dude with blue hair. It was a full color Korean manhwa and I've been looking for it for MONTHS. If you have any clue what the title of the manga is I will be thankful forever! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Is it just me or does it seem like Korean manhwa's or webtoons come out way quicker than Japanese manga? I guess I'm speaking in terms of romances because I swear it's the same story of I'll be reading a manga and a manhwa and the manwha will have like 50-60 incredible chapters where the work is solid and beautiful. Then I'll get a notification that a manga I read three years ago updated a chapter. Like I forgot the whole plot but thanks??? I don't even remember who I was when I started reading that but sure??? Does anyone else notice this kind of thing?
i noticed this too !!! tbh i think its because the shift in interest .. if were talking about bl manga and manhwa, lots of those manga artists are freelancers and or jumping between companies (hence the slow updates for 5-6 chapters), whilst manhwa has pretty set ones like lzhin. proper advertising, company name, and teams are the major differences. its easier to get english translations as official ones are releasing quick, whilst manga are a bit more difficult to clean and translate. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Mangas always been like that i like mangas when they end in 6 or 8 chp it makes story full of quality rather than dragging it and each chp worth the price in unlike manhwas. In my opinion mangas are my first priority.. even if i forget I just re-read I have waited for some 4 years and now they are completed it always worth it.
