I've been reading bl where i either hate or like both the ml and the sl...are there any bl manga where the protagonists takes a third option?
So when people post that they are dropping a story the rest of the commenters want to stick with, are we supposed to care? Are they asking us to convince them to keep reading? What do y'all think when you see these?

i mean like its a comments section so they free to give their opinions? sure we just gloss over those comments but its giving their opinions to the other readers
I agree that it's all about personal opinions...but if you're dropping it just drop it and walk away...why make a big production of it and tell everyone you're out? Is it a cry for help? I don't know. I usually ignore these but I'm seeing a lot of them lately

i mean there is no need for making it a big thing but of the comments i have seen, they just state their reasons for dropping and leave. i have not come across comments like you have seen soooo i guess i cant say my opinion on this matter sorry

I accidentally deleted it from my list. Here is what I remember..yaoi/school life/slice of life story about an average student (blonde, seme) with an unrequited love for his teacher (brunette/ uke). The two bond over an ugly stray cat. The student confesses and the teacher later rejects him gently. Later on he asks the teen what he liked about him. The student said he was sexy in his tight suits and that he used him as jerk material. There is another scene when they hang out at a winter festival and the student passes up on kissing his inebriated teacher.
They get together after graduation. I just remember the story didn't follow the usual tropes and their interactions had a lot of witty banter and good chemistry.I
It's a short manga, under 10 chapters and the sex scene is at the end.

I've been reading Titan's Bride and it occurred to me summonings are so much worse than the usual kidnap trope. The ML can't go home without help, he never has magic on his side.

Oh I know what u r saying and that is true...but even though the thought occurred to me while reading that story, my comment was about isekai yaoi in general...that was why I posted here instead of on the TB page.
I try to balance my yaoi sweet fluff with stories that leave a bitter taste in my mouth. Like I'll read Tale of Yellow Dragon and then follow that up with God of Pain's groom and then I'll read Hyacinth and follow that up with imitation mate. I just read a sweet, fluffy Boku no Omawarisan ...what do you recommend to balance that out?
