It's a yaoi about a boy who lost his wallet and it is found by a boy in the manga clubs with a scary face, when the scary boy trys to give it back he thinks he is being mugged. Once he finds the boy the scary one confesses his love. The cute boy looks like the scary boys face anime girls as well.
I thinks this is ongoing. I remember on chapter the cute one goes to the scary ones home and he is rich. Another the scary one gets drunk and the cute one helps him out. The cute one did do cosplay for the club once as well.
