That's just the page(?) number, presumably of the magazine it's serialized in. If you scroll up or down the panels above and below it are numbered as well just sometimes on the opposite side
reading the manhwa after the novel is slightly disappointing i hate how many small scenes and literal interactions are being left out

the newest chapter (chap. 49) is chapter 62 in the light novel!! although the story does differentiate a little in the manhwa, e.g. small interactions and ‘cutscenes’ being left out
who is in charge of these translations man ?? they’re not even TRYING to altering the sentences to make it make sense like “i isn’t” when it’s obviously meant to be “THEY weren’t” english is my third language and korean isn’t even on the list but i’m confident in myself that even i could translate this better with some app or something

i mean arsian makes the most sense since he also can ‘see’ ghosts or something like that but if you read a lot of second-chance manhwas (or whatever this genre is called) it’s pretty common that the fl gets with the crown prince at the end that’s why i put “if it’s cliche” in brackets
this was the most unique, most interesting, and most original second-chance manhwa i’ve ever touched. they don’t make them like this anymore (honestly loved how it mainly focused on fl getting her revenge than some basic cliche romance with misunderstandings and stuff — was so glad they courted eachother already in early chapters)
