The point is that Aoi is a bit of a tsundere and acts like she hates Akane, doesnt want to get close or admit she has feelings for him. But deep down she doesn't want akane to leave her the way everyone else does according to her weird brain. I understand why her saying no a lot could be interpreted as an uncomfortable situation. But its a common trope used in manga and isn't meant to be taken literally.
Everything about this chpt. is so uncomfortable. Aoi literally said "Dont touch me" and "Let go of me"....
