I just binge read the entire available chapters of this manhwa and I need to scream to someone about this. The ML is the sweetest most adorable traumatized baby boy I've read and he breaks my fucking heart. I hate his manipulative, narcissist, selfish, stalker bitch ex with a passion. It was an abusive relationship and it's so lovely to see him slowly heal..
I know this is not a sad manhwa, but I honestly cried so much for him starting at chapter 27 and whenever his insecurities come out or the way he would do anything for the people he loves.. like when Yumin told him he'll get famous when he gets on tv and forget about her and his immediate response was if you want I'm not gonna go just tell me and I'll never get on tv.. it broke my heart to pieces. His trauma responses shatter me.
He deserves all the love and I really hope Yumin will reciprocate his feelings and put in an effort for him too. He deserves someone that would go the extra mile for him the way he does for them.

Same! I love Yumin I think she's fun, sweet and helps him see his worth, but he stands out. His characterization is so well done and his experience along with his trauma responses are just so realistically written. I think overall he's a much more relatable character to me than anyone else, it's the way he looks mean but deep down he's a people pleaser.

I binged this in one go.. enjoyed it! Was surprised by the comments saying that the ML is an asshole, yes he acted like an asshole, but for the first time, this was completely justified. Being forced into a marriage with someone you don't know, who's so young, comes from a completely different background and who has no interests, hobbies, opinions would drive anyone into a wall. She's a kind and nice person, yes, but that doesn't mean he has to accept her. The way the grandfather went about it was wrong, but I get that it was for the sake of the plot. Even his shitty attitude in the beginning was warranted cuz he doesn't owe her anything and she's literally being shoved down his throat or else he'll lose what he worked for.
As for her, I like her, but not obsessed with her the way I am with other FLs. She's sweet and deserves good things, but too one dimensional for me.. She's yet to have a character development, and I really hope she'd mature and develop a personality and find things that she likes.. She doesn't have to be a business woman, I just want her to go through some growth. I also want to see her wearing the new outfits plsssssssssss.. a glow up is needed.
