usually i find myself enthralled with stories that have nonsensical plots with trashy writing, because they’re so bad that it’s entertaining to read but i’m genuinely in awe of how the writing has become even MORE sloppy in S2, like these sex scenes are just so lazy, boring, and repetitive.. like atp we should be seeing SOME kind of character development but it’s just a cycle of dan lowkey wanting to kill himself and having suicidal ideation, jaekyung being an abuser, having no self awareness whatsoever, and being horny 24/7, with neither of them having any interactions worth of any substance to form genuine bonds.
as others have said, even BJ Alex had a comprehensive storyline with decently rounded characters even though the story itself was not that good. with Jinx, i’m wondering if it’s even a decent “hate-read” anymore? i'm just curious about people's different opinions on this. on one hand kpop fans are very angry and disgusted with the idols involved watching/reading made in abyss, and on the contrary many anime/manga fans are shocked that people are even angry, and are trying to "cancel" the idols over this. ive heard things about the author, and i remember wa......
