jungwoo is so pretty; he looks like an idol
⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ the previous art style was nice but i enjoy this one as well / like the fact that the artist is experimenting and trying out new styles. instead of comparing this with their old work, i'm going to view them individually and appreciate their differences.
Aside from the beautiful art, the plot was just as amazing. I loved how immersive it was and how the main characters were not given names as if to make them appear anonymous and make them more relatable. I also loved the author allows for the story to tell itself by having the readers fit the puzzle pieces together. Like the title suggests, the story is about finding yourself and reflecting on your life from different perspectives. One side has your hopes and dreams while the other side is the harsh, cruel reality. The "2 panels" from the title correlates to other themes in the story as well. There are two people in the story, two genders, and two greetings. The ending was also very open ended as the symbol (<3) at the end of the word "END" can cause readers to misinterpret it to be a heart. On the flip side, <3 can also stand for a pair of testicles. This symbolizes that the main character has realized that he is not attracted to females, but males. The rejection he is hit with may hurt him at first but it means that another opportunity will arise and he will find love again someday.
Well said my friend
