As the title states, i don't know if it's considered an eating disorder but it's a psychological issue due to past trauma. And it's actually the ML not the MC. But i really recommend it, it's one of my favorites.
Also why would anything be considered bad? I personally like reading about characters with trauma and see how they deal with it. You're free to read and like/dislike whatever you want ~
