i though he wnated to stay a woman??? i get it, it might be difficult to explain but he knows that he won't be treated with love if they stay as a male-male couple, and i'm sorry for them but as long as they're happy
i’m pretty sure the only reason he’d want to stay as a women is so that society won’t judge their relationship as much but shion has a million more reasons why he wants to go back to being a man as that’s his real self, the one who’s been rui’s best friend and rival the entire time
it’s pretty self-devaluing if you throw away your whole personal identity just so you’ll conform more into society
He's lived most of his life as a man and he was drugged against his will. We haven't really seen him have a negative viewpoint of being a man. Since he's been a woman he's been assaulted, kidnapped, and sexualized. From his viewpoint the only positive experience he's had as a woman was being able to openly be in a relationship with Rui. Also, it's not like he wanted to be a woman in the first place so it makes sense why he would ultimately whose to be a man over being a woman.
THIS WAS ONLY SEASON 1??? what's in s2 then....anyways honest review: I love them, like, they become my fav couple. they're so adorable, and i love how he tries to match her energy whenever she does something that makes her embarassed. They're 32 but still a bit childish in some ways but it's okay, there's no need to be serius af like his mother. this is so comfortable and sweet tbh. many people decide to get married by a certian age and it's cool, you live with ur bestfriend hahaha
personally i whould chose to stay a girl, it will be more easier to live my life with someone i love without being scared of people saying something
I get what you mean, though I think in this case Shion is too much of a man - as in it is his gender identity no matter what he looks like - to want to remain looking like a woman, even though it will be harder on them (also I believe he discovered some of the "fun" parts of looking like a woman in every day situations and he would rather live as a gay man than an heterosexual woman ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭)
Sure you could tell them the truth, but I think it's a bit of a stretch to say he's trans. Bc even when he's in the female body he still views himself as male. Personally, as a non-binary person, it just doesn't sit right. The amount of gender dysphoria that he will go through will be traumatic. Ofc this is a personal opinion and others can and will think differently.
the author just dosen't know what to add...just end it pls
