Yaoi isn’t a necessity. If you’re gonna read illegally at least have some decency and not interact with the author/post illegal translations. At the end of the day, we’re thieves and she has every right to respond how she want to people who steal from her livelihood.

Tbh, since we steal so much from her livelihood. I don't think it's fair nor do we have the right to police what she says or how she feels. Imagine if everyone who read illegally actually bought her work. She'd be rich. Instead she's barely making ends meet and getting harrased over a very valid crash out.
people that are reading illegally are almost never going to buy it so theres no sales lost (w minimal exceptions), most ppl who are okay with piracy do it chronically. the author can feel how she wants, but so can the general public who watched an author who quite literally draws r8pe comics for a living tell people to off themselves over it lol. just funny moral standards. its natural that an author would be unhappy about losing potential revenue, but crashing out publicly like that is always going to be looked at distastefully
