basically the guy in the middle is the bottom and he’s fuck buddy with the guy at the rigjt of the cover, but they met when they were in middle school, they were forced to be brothers since their parents got married together but they’re not blood related . he will meet the guy at the left a bit after in the story and will also be fuck buddy w him ( a bit more than just sex friends ) so yeah it’s a love triangle
