yeah i'm bi my parents aren't particularly religious but they've made several biphobic statements in the past that makes me feel that if i came out they would either say it was a phase or see me in a different light

I'm queer and go by a lot of labels, though my family is religious as well as conservative. They know I'm gay but don't like taking about, even ignoring it. They even talk about me getting a husband, which makes me uncomfortable.

I'm asexual and no one seems to be able to understand that.. Not the het community or the lgbtq.. It's like people can't wrap their heads around the concept of someone being asexual.. Guess I need to take my prayer of acceptance to new levels

But it’s also more like I only find anime characters good looking, but I still wouldn’t feel romantic attraction since that’s what aro is XD not to mention, even my favorite guy character, it’s more akin to a fangirl type of love than a romantic one lol XD but yes, I will wait to meet the right person so I can feel the ability to have romantic attraction to a person cause aro doesn’t exist apparently lol XD
