gangs vs gangs type shit. in a city ruled by mafia groups in different sections there are “normals” and “twilights”, regular people and those with their strength and speed and stuff pumped up like they on steroids lol. none of the characters are exactly good people, but they take care of their own which makes this even cooler. fights all the time, political disputes, and a city on the verge of collapse.
