i've been rereading the 1st vol multiple times and definitely loved yoshino. but after reading it dozens of times, their relationship really is shallow and needs more work and dept, and i expected this sequel to be just that... in the end, i was heavily disappointed. i wanted more of them to grow and be more in love with each other. all i got here is my baby being the side character and his boyfriend not having a single braincell to see what he did wrong, and he even said those words that truly broke my heart. all yoshino wants to is be loved and have a secure relationship but rou couldn't even assure him. their friends saw that his actions were shit and called him out on it but he was shocked, like bro are you serious? call this overacting but as someone who waited to see more of them, this truly isn't it. my disappointment reached it peak when i read that line and the following scenes and explanations can't make up for it.

as much as i wanted lilia to stay with kouki and tomo, legally, since she's 4, she has to stay with her mom. kouki also doesn't have stable finances on his own because even if he has a job, he's relying on risa's parents. i do love that despite them being away, lilia loves her dad the same and accepts him for who he is. she even thought "they're flirting in front of THEIR daughter", which means she sees tomo as her dad too or father figure, and she shares her future plans with tomo too which made me so happy. i love how this goes even when they got started on the wrong foot haha.

are you guys reading this correctly or what? from the veryyyy start of the story, seoyu is already depressed :D. what did you expect? he is surrounded by shitty people and doesn't know how to communicate properly because that's all he knows, that's how he grew up. how can you expect someone that broken to be mentally okay? lmaoo. that aside, i love how sunghoon loves him, and how slowly seoyu also changed for the better. i wished it was longer so we can see more of them, esp baby kkoong!! ps. i will not accept any seoyu slander here.
seriously, thank you. i feel like a lot of people keep overlooking the fact despite the fact that it’s not only implied but mentioned several times that my boy is depressed. i feel like it would have been more understood if the story had more chapters and fleshed it out more BUT! it still did pretty good at letting us know his inner thoughts/worries when it came to the relationships— platonic or otherwise — in his life. also wished for more chaps to see baby kkong !!

i usually don't like the first love died plot but this one is good. i actually felt akira's love for shouma which was very heartwarming. i love how shouma didn't get jealous about akira's dream of seeing him and shouta as grown ups, he actually turned it into an inspiration. the story is so good and focused more on the characters, i wish there's more of them being in love and fluffy
i enjoyed reading this so much. it's a shame that it's short, maybe it was for the best bcs there wasn't a lot of unnecessary drama haha. ipsae's character is indeed annoying, that's because he was raised and been living like that since forever. it'll be unusual if he suddenly changed just because he liked somebody. all him running away from his feelings is really him— ipsae haha which made sense to me. though, he could've ar least gave that poor man some assurance over the years they were together because haeum was shaking when he proposed hahahaha but i guess that's all people do. i absolutely love how they love each other. they have different ways of showing it and in different levels that may seem unfair to others but it's "their" way of expressing it, especially in ipsae's case because he's not the affectionate type and he was open to it which haeum loved. i loved how ipsae scolded his younger self hahshaha he knows he's been difficult. i enjoyed reading the side and it shows more of ipsae's adoration to haeum which i deeply love hehe. i really thought i wasn't gonna have that satisfaction after reading but it redeemed itself quickly which made this a good go-to or quick manhwa to reread
