The seme doesn't sleep with the guy, but the uke waits outside in the rain thinking that they did and that makes the seme pity him. They make out and are about to have sex when the uke says he doesn't want penetration "today" after what the seme just did with someone else, so the seme clears things up and admits that he didn't have sex with the other guy.
The uke asks, "Were you trying to make me jealous? Have you finally fallen for me?" and that makes seme snap (denial is a river in Egypt). He says a ton of awful things to uke. It goes something like this:
Seme: Me? Fall for you? I only wanted to play with you since the beginning. Let's end this.
Uke: You're lying. Are you sure you're not gonna regret this?
Seme: Regret? You think too highly of yourself.
Uke walks out and cries in the rain. In other words, REGRET ARC IS COMING >:)
