This is the type of yaoi I hate the most, and I’ve seen it way too often growing up. Stop using rape and blackmail as romantic development and an excuse to draw smut if you’re not going to have the characters deal with the fallout or acknowledge it. This is the third/fourth time the seme violently raped the uke, this time in an alleyway to the point he passed out. Then he wakes up in an unfamiliar place and...everything plays out like a comedy and the uke acts all chummy with his rapist? This is literal nightmare fuel, this story should be a horror/yandere but it keeps trying to be a romantic comedy once the rape is over. At least stories like Killing Stalking don’t try to disguise how fucked up their characters and the relationships they portrayed are. What a waste of good art.

I'm not all torn up inside with hate over rape. There's a lot worse things that can happen in life, but you wouldn't know it by the hysterical haters. I like the feeling of the story.

How does that negate what I said? You can literally buy tickets to a movie and end up hating it; hell you can even give its sequel another chance and double down on your dislike if it doesn’t redeem itself, what’s the difference in this situation.
