No offense (this is literally my primary site because it’s easy to navigate) but this comment section taking a 180 and basically calling Guwon a red flag or feeling annoyed by the main characters and such is interesting. Because compared to other comment sections where they’re theorizing Guwon relations to zombies (literally their entire world building) and MC also having his shrew loose (though I do see some drizzle about that here) and talking about other characters is really telling about the type of audience that’s on this site. Everything here has become so saturated recently that romance stories tend to only really do well here when 80% of the plot focuses on just the relationships between the two main people and there’s not much going on out there.

The only stories that do well with heavy and complex plot are adaption from novels that already had an audience that encourages the telling of the story tbh.

This (ch 52) feels so outta left field??? Like season 1 ML would never had done this even at his angriest? I’m acc so confused as to what the the writer is wanting to do and how they’re gonna try to justify this? Cuz wtf

The ML’s obliviousness to society aside. I’d give ML a little break cuz it started of with a lie? Things trickle down if you start off dishonest. It’s not just about his past sex life but about how he’s lied about random things in the beginning, specifically not clarifying things. And it made himself conceal things even more to keep up with it. And when you’ve lied while sure you’re trying to tell the truth slowly, and it takes time because it’s a shitty time for you. But the other person doesn’t know that, they just think you’re deliberately hiding things not out of good intent. PLUS it goes to waste when the other person is learning about you from other people. At this point it’s obvious that ML cares more about the relationship at hand, and it made him short sided. While the MC is more focused on society to clearly see that his bf is not society.

I feel like we’re also kinda forgetting that the nuance of everything is so much more complex than his grand scheme of tricking society and the higher ups. Sasya could literally be killed or kidnapped, tortured, r***ed, etc for having associating with being Karel’s heart and weakness. Like he would he used as a tool. But him being unstable asf makes things so much worse, I feel so conflicted about whether it was a good idea to not tell him about his plans or to completely push him away. With unstably you don’t know if telling him things is a good idea because imagine a scenario where he does know there’s a chance of Sasya actually budding in to try to protect Karel and put himself in danger. But it would ease him of so much heartbreak if Karel says some things. If I were in that situation I would be so conflicted. Though I assume in Karel’s situation he’s trying remove Sasysa from the stage, make him fade into the crowd…

I haven’t read the spoilers or anything BUT I was thinking that there’s probably a reason why he was reborn as a look alike of the king and the duke’s type to. Like the twinkafication is not just for aesthetic and I like my bls in all shapes as long as I like their personalities

Why is there so much autonomy for these kids aren’t they like 8? Why is that kid a leader of a guild or whatever and not some PTSD filled child? Why are grown as adult following a child? Not even a regular adult would act like that if they were being controlled to mass murder people. They act like adults except the MC (when it suits her to pretend to be a childish) and the adults are so childish for some reason? I swear there’s absolutely no supervision for these kids, It’s actually so unserious

Let’s be honest they’re both actually dumb . There’s a lot of miscommunication. But overall they both obviously has their flaws and idk if I’m just not reading it correctly but I feel like everyone’s making Karel to be worst then he actually is. He’s obviously just deeply hurt and (in his own rights) spiteful. And why’s everyone saying it’s not love, it’s obsession when it can be both? You can see the moments of love and the moments of obsession. And BOTH OF THEM ARE OBSESSED with each other, they long for each other it’s actually insane. You can’t call out one obsession and not the other come on now

To the uke dick riders: His past explains his actions but it doesn’t justify it. Also aside from the cheating, that man is so pathetic for chasing a someone after being cheated on. The relationship is sooo on sided, Ik the the uke is avoidant attachment but the lack of effort from his side beginning to end is gut wrenching since the seme kept being the one to step up and show sooo much effort and love. The story doesn’t even have much depth or plot, though it’s obvious it’s trying to lol
