It’s not part of the plot but I was so happpy that Minoru’s dad would thank him for what he would do. Way too many times labour of the eldest is taken for granted and it’s healing to see Minoru being appreciated

Very heartfelt story. Emotions were high and whatnot BUT!
Maybe it’s a me problem but I always like to project couples in the future and Nakata and Tanaka’s relationship smells like years of toxicity. Tanaka just doesn’t seem ready and that’s cool but he’ll most probably string Nakata along. I envision a lot “breaks”, arguments, and a lot of “I’m not ready yet” and cheating but again that might just be a me problem. Maybe i’m too jaded …
