So from what I know, Azusa calls Karino for help while he was playing the game, and while Karino looks for him, he gets tricked into this room with the queen boy (I forgot his name) and the queen tells Karino that he has to search for a key on his body to help Azusa so Karino starts feeling his body and stuff and the queen secretly calls Azusa and since Karino is touching the queen’s body, he starts moaning his name and Azusa feels betrayed I guess because he thought Karino was having sex with the queen. And then Azusa ends up losing the game so his punishment is that everyone throws stuff at him and when Karino goes to help him, Azusa rejects him and walks away, I’m sorry for my crappy explanation
