If you would only focus on what happened between Taejun and Seheon’s father you might think that it was just such a “tragic love story”, BUT if you would also consider the different perspectives of all the people that were involved, it just doesn’t sit right with me.
I don’t think they were generally bad people and they might have just been blinded by their love for each other BUT at the end of the day, their love doesn’t justify them cheating. No matter how much you romanticise their “relationship”, that doesn’t change the fact that they started it selfishly (Taejun pursuing him knowing he still has a family, and Seheon’s dad cheating on his wife and son) for having an affair knowing there are people that will get hurt by it. Unfortunately for the both of them they had to face the consequences of their actions in the end. Though I don’t think Taejun deserves his death, he seems like a great brother, but I could NEVER feel bad about his failed “love affair” with Seheon’s dad AT ALL (i tried).
Tbh, I would’ve felt different IF their relationship started ONLY AFTER his divorce.
Despite of all the drama, I love the other couples so much. I love how the author execute everything especially when Seheon(poor baby) found out about his dad, and it was so heartbreaking seeing him broke down just because he doesn’t want to hurt taeyi with the truth even though it is something that both of them had no control of and they are just victims of the past. Also, the way the author amazingly unfold the drama, all characters have their own flaws but I was able to feel their pain and regret, even Taejun and Professor Yoon, i’m still strongly against how they chose to start their “relationship” but I also felt how they loved each other.
After all, I do think this is a masterpiece.
Exactly . Tho I can kinda understand where they're coming from but I just can't feel bad for their relationship's "tragic" end. I don't feel bad about Taejun's tragic end tho. Bottom line is that Taejun knew he was with a married man and the professor cheated. That's just not something that can be justified. He should've divorced first.Taejun was young and maybe a little less guilty given his age and position but he too should've known better.
I kinda get why he did that but the amount of time they’ve been apart just for that reason was so unnecessary. That part was frustrating but I love the beginning and end tho. I just wish the ending was longer, cause I wanna see them more together without all the drama just to make up for the long time they’ve been apart.
I’m getting bad vibes from him and i don’t like it. Y’all better not hurt my Minato.
