XD yeah poaching is like when someone is already in a group/guild but to like bait them to yours. By offering them perks or free stuff or like ig being nice to them so they switch on their own. Generally its seen as rude, or bad practice cuz recruitment could be difficult(in which case some higherups in the guild could get really mad) maybe cuz the low new player rate or just cuz they're a small guild and everyone joins the big famous ones.
