Instead of teaching him morals, they taught him even more bad attitudes, bad habits and more shitty personality that you can ever imagine just because of how bad of a parents they are. If Miyoshi had good parents? He'd be a gentleman. Gosh. Are we also not gonna talk about how he sexually harassed Yano when they first met? "Where's the bedroom?" Talking like a creep. He didn't sexually harassed Yano once but TWICE!!! Are we gonna ignore that? No matter how bad your personality is or how mentally ill you are, you're still responsible for your actions. Disgusting.
