No, they’re all by different authors! It’s a collaboration they’ve done with a certain theme as the red thread (backstage - what goes on behind the stage in famous peoples lives)

It was revealed in one of the last panels that Matthew is color blind so he has the type of color blindness that allows him to differentiate the color green!

I had to pull up the latest chapter ok, so! Scroll to the part where Matthew is about to start the interview, the woman asks why he donated money for drug treatment. We see a flashback of Jin talking about the dream pills, “they don’t show you your dreams, they take you further away from them.” Notice the colors on those two flashback panels. There’s only green, gray and black tones. It’s not because it’s a flashback scene, it’s because how Matthew sees it! Then after those panels, she asks why he chose the color green for the theme of his exhibition. Matthew says: “I wanted to share the way I view the world. There’s a whole spectrum that my eyes can’t see. That’s why I always found sculpting more interesting than drawing.” And we see a panel of the stop light being green, gray and black. Right after we see Jin pulling him in because he didn’t see the car and the panel is in color. Matthew says: “maybe that’s why I’ve stopped thinking of my own eyes as defective”. He’s color blind! All this time I never noticed until he said these words in these last panels! I always thought the green/gray/black panels were either because they were flashback scenes or because they were supposed to “moody”!
I hope the author gives us an example of artist + song in an upcoming Q&A of what Yujin’s voice sounds like! Or if she could give us a “MV” as a special “episode”, now that would be great PR for either the beginning of S2 or the ending of the main story!

The easter egg/hidden detail about Matthew being color blind was absolutely genius! When I reread it, I have to do it with Matthew’ POV! So that’s why he was so obsessed with his green (and blue) checkered flannel shirt and why the manhwa is called “Under The Green Light”! UGH! BRILLIANT! I thought it was called that because the “green light” was Matthew’s eyes that Jin saw when he was “under” them. I remember in the earliest chapters in S1 when Jin said something about Matthew’s gaze being piercing and intense, as if he was about to swallow Jin whole!

Protanopia: They can't see red well, but greens and blues might look more prominent to them. Reds might appear darker or even black.

So, if green is visible but some other colors aren’t, it’s often one of these types.
